Professional field and bench calibration for Vulcain, Honeywell, MSA, and other fixed CO and gas detection systems. Traceable to NIST standards.
From single transmitters to full facility gas detection systems, we ensure your equipment performs within manufacturer spec and regulatory requirements.
We come to your facility and calibrate fixed-mounted detectors in place. Zero and span calibration performed with certified reference gas — no downtime for shipping.
Send us your transmitters for thorough zero/span adjustment, sensor health check, and full documentation. Typical 3–5 day turnaround with a calibration certificate.
Electrochemical CO sensors degrade over time. We supply and install OEM-compatible replacement sensors, recalibrate, and verify operation before return.
Receive NIST-traceable calibration certificates, pass/fail records, and maintenance logs formatted for OSHA, insurance, and safety audits.
Annual or semi-annual contracts for facilities with multiple units. We schedule visits automatically — you stay compliant without having to track it yourself.
After a CO alarm event, sensors may be overexposed and inaccurate. We offer priority re-calibration and sensor integrity assessment to restore reliable operation.
Every calibration follows a defined, documented procedure. Here's what happens from the moment you contact us.
Tell us how many units you have, their model numbers, and your site location. We'll confirm the calibration gas required (e.g., 50 ppm CO balance N₂ for Vulcain Q1-CO units) and provide a quote within one business day.
Clean air (or N₂) is applied to the sensor to establish a stable baseline. The zero potentiometer is adjusted until the output reads 0 ppm. Unit is allowed to fully stabilize before proceeding.
Certified reference span gas at a known concentration is applied. The span potentiometer is adjusted until the display and analog output match the reference value within ±2% of full scale. Gas is flowed for a minimum of one minute before adjustment.
We confirm that alarm thresholds, relay outputs, and LED indicators activate correctly at the programmed set-points. Time delays are verified against the original specification.
A calibration certificate is issued with as-found and as-left readings, reference gas certificate numbers, technician signature, and the next recommended calibration date. All records retained for 5 years.
From parking-garage CO transmitters to wireless industrial gas monitors, we calibrate fixed-point detection equipment across all major platforms.
Deep expertise in the full VA-201 family — CO, combustibles, oxygen, and refrigerant variants. We stock compatible span gases and replacement sensors for same-week turnaround.
The 928 Wireless Gas Monitor uses a smart 628-series sensor module that stores its own calibration data. We perform sensor-level zero and span calibration via Field Communicator, and verify bump test response for H₂S, CO, and O₂ depletion variants.
Endress+Hauser process analyzers and fixed transmitters require meticulous calibration of both the sensor cell and the 4–20 mA output loop. We follow documented E+H procedures and issue NIST-traceable certificates accepted for IEC 61511 safety documentation.
Yokogawa's gas measurement lineup spans in-situ zirconia oxygen probes to gas density analyzers. We calibrate both zero/span and converter output, and can perform the three calibration modes supported by the GD402 platform: automatic, semi-automatic, and one-touch manual.
If it has a sensor, a zero pot, and a span pot, we can calibrate it. Contact us with your model number if you don't see it listed.
All reference gases carry NIST-traceable certificates. Your calibration documentation stands up to any audit.
We follow the published Vulcain VA201T/M calibration procedure exactly — no shortcuts, no improvisation.
CO sensor manufacturers recommend calibration every six months. We track your schedule and remind you automatically.
If a sensor can't be zeroed or spanned correctly, we tell you — and explain your replacement options before charging you.
Tell us about your equipment and we'll get back to you within one business day with availability and pricing.
